No. Infodeck complements your BMS - it doesn't replace it. Your BMS continues to control building systems in real-time. Infodeck adds the maintenance layer: turning alerts into work orders, tracking repairs, managing technicians, and building maintenance history.

We support all major BMS platforms including Honeywell, Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens Desigo, Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, and Tridium Niagara. We connect via industry-standard protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT) plus REST APIs.

You define rules in Infodeck's automation engine. When an alarm matches your criteria (type, severity, location), Infodeck automatically creates a work order with the right priority, assigns it based on skills/availability, and includes relevant asset history.

Absolutely. You have full control over alert rules. Filter by alarm type, severity level, time of day, location, or equipment type. Avoid alert fatigue by only creating work orders for actionable alarms.

Optionally, Infodeck can write back work order status (acknowledged, in-progress, completed) to your BMS for a unified view. This requires API access to your BMS platform.

Basic BACnet integration can be set up in 1-2 days. More complex integrations with custom rules typically take 1-2 weeks. Our team handles the technical setup - you just define your business rules.
