Third parties access data only for specified tasks and cannot disclose it elsewhere.

Infodeck does not sell, rent, or share personal data without consent, except when required by legal authorities, court orders, or government requests.

The company uses secure computer storage facilities and takes reasonable steps to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. Employees and contractors receive training on data confidentiality. Information is deleted when no longer needed.

6 Information for EU and UK Visitors

This policy complies with GDPR and UK Privacy Laws (Data Protection Act 2018, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations).

Data Transfers: Personal data may be transferred to Singapore, Japan, or Australia — countries outside the EEA. Users should be aware of different data protection standards.

UK residents may lodge complaints with the Information Commissioner's Office at www.ico.org.uk.

7 Cookies and Tracking

Website: Beacons, tags, and scripts track user patterns. Users can disable cookies via browser settings.

Mobile App: Analytics SDKs track sessions and feature usage. Crash reporting identifies errors. Users control analytics through app settings or device privacy settings.

8 Data Retention

Personal data is retained as long as necessary for service provision. The company retains data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Information is deleted or rendered irrecoverable once no longer needed.

9 Children's Privacy

Infodeck does not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without parental consent. Parents discovering unauthorized collection should contact security@infodeck.io for deletion.
