Terms and Conditions

The terms governing your use of Infodeck's CMMS platform and services.

Version 3.5 | Effective January 2026

1 Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Infodeck Technology Pte Ltd (Singapore).

Acceptance occurs through account creation or clicking accept. The agreement covers the entire relationship regarding Services.

2 Subscription and License Grant

Infodeck grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access Services during subscription periods.

This license permits:

  • Internal business use
  • End User access
  • Customer Data storage
  • API access based on subscription tier
  • IoT device connectivity based on subscription tier

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Sublicense without authorization
  • Interfere with service operation
  • Violate API rate limits
  • Perform competitive benchmarking without consent

3 Customer Data Ownership

Customers retain all right, title, and interest in their data.

Infodeck provides:

  • Export capabilities in CSV, JSON, and XML formats
  • Data export within 30 days of request
  • 60-day data access post-termination before permanent deletion

4 Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees billed in advance on recurring basis
  • Auto-renewal unless canceled 48 hours before billing date
  • Late payment may result in service suspension after 7 days

EU consumers have 14-day withdrawal rights per Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

5 Service Level Agreement

Uptime Guarantee

Measured quarterly

Excludes: scheduled maintenance (48 hours notice), Force Majeure events, customer system issues, and third-party infrastructure failures.

7 Termination

  • Immediately for material breach (after 14-day cure period)
  • Non-payment (30+ days overdue)

8 Governing Law

Governed by Singapore law without conflict of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction in Singapore courts. Enterprise customers may pursue SIAC binding arbitration.
